Confex plans to roll-out its new white label app to its wholesale members free of charge during 2019.
The app allows Confex members to access thousands of national promotions and product specifications across all Confex suppliers at the click of a button. Alongside this, Confex members can directly order products via the Confex Central Distribution facility.
The app can be tailored to each wholesaler, including their own branding/colours and product categories. The app is designed to allow Confex wholesalers to grow their businesses selling to their end-user customer.

Rob Mannion, managing director of RNF, which created the app, said: “Mobile is one of the fastest growing sales channels across the wholesale sector and this new app will allow Confex members of all sizes to take advantage of the opportunities it offers.
“As well as an improved ordering experience and useful tools, such as barcode scanners and a POR calculator, members will be able to tailor the app with their own branding and make it available in the AppStore, giving them their own digital presence.
“As an added benefit, the app is linked to our bespoke customer engagement platform BEAM. This means Confex will be able to deliver tailored supplier product promotions directly to retailers, opening up another valuable communications channel.”
