JJ Food Service has added a charcuterie category to its online ordering website.
Group general manager Terry Larkin said: “Demand for artisan charcuterie has exploded in the UK, particularly in London.”
The new selection is aimed at existing café, sandwich bar and deli account customers as well as a means of attracting new business.
Visitors to the site can find the charcuterie category on the JJ Food Service homepage. Additional lines might be introduced, based on feedback from customers.
Promotional offers are being used to launch the range.
